ESBPCS for VCL - Delphi 2010 Support

v5.2 Trial is included on the Partner DVD for Delphi 2010 - we will have v5.2.1 out to registered users (as well as Trial versions) early in September. This will fully support Delphi 2010 and C++ Builder 2010.
