I've removed the extra options button - sorry about that - left over from
some other testing I was doing...

In the few hours I spent this morning I wasn't able to work out why MenuItem
Captions were behaving the way you indicated (I easily reproduced the
problem) - so I removed the Property from MenuItem Captions for the time
being - and since they often have '&' in them it is probably wise since this
is a demo to get people started
