* Added %CommonDocuments% and %CommonAppData% to the expansion variables for filenames / directories
* Updated Norwegian strings
* Fixed bug setting the font to the 'Not Found' editing RichEdit in the spelling dialog
* Fixed parsing bug for words surrounded by a single apostrophe (slanted style)
* Fixed off-by-one bug in the spelling dialog when the source parser uses a 1-based index (string parser)
* Fix to avoid setting focus to buttons that aren't enabled
